We Like

The location in a scenic and little trafficked small street of a calm and residential neighborhood.

The refreshing feeling of the immaculate lawns and the old majestic trees in the garden, very rare for a hotel in the city of Vientiane.

The ounce of creativity at Na Dao restaurant which offers a selection of international and French cuisines. Weekdays, you may let yourself go for a nice lunch set menu for approximately 9 Euros (12 Dollars) including starter, main course and dessert. Treat yourself a good bottle of wine, taken out of their very stylish transparent wine cellar.

The two-minute walk to the Mekong riverfront promenade and Vat Simuang. This temple is a historical landmark, known to be the first monument erected marking the founding of Vientiane. This Buddhist temple is a very important pilgrimage site for Thai visitors. It is also famous among Lao girls for its “magic powers” on fertility matters.

Between Us

For a small extra fee, we recommend you opt for the Suites.

For those who like walking, the city center is about 15 minutes distant on foot. It is little time considering the so many things to see along the road. If you prefer, choose a Tuk-Tuk ride instead. Depending on your negotiation skills, you will have to clear about 30,000 kips for the drive, so about 4 dollars (3 euros).

At time of taking a shower, mind that some bathrooms see the hot and cold taps inverted, if compared to other countries in the world.

The Wi-Fi may be a little weak sometimes.

Depending on the occupancy rate of the day, breakfast can be proposed as a full self-service buffet or as a combination of “a la carte” and self-service buffet, but always in an all-you-can-eat way.

This little structure is a real haven of peace, located in a capital that is developing fast and that some people now also qualify of “bustling” city. The atmosphere of the old villa combined to the recent arrangements give a distinctive character to this very good value for money hotel.
